1. What is the NAMANE CARD?

• It is a rechargeable prepaid card in Korea that anyone, including foreigners, can make.
• No need for identity verification such as passport authentication during issuance.
• Easy balance recharge and checking through the NAMANE app.
• Create your original card with a design of your choice.
• Divided into two balances: Pay Balance and Transit Balance, each serving specific purposes.

💸Pay Balance: Usable at various merchants, including restaurants and shops that accept credit cards, including taxis.

🚃Transit Balance: For public transportation such as buses, subways, and trains.

The significant advantage of the NAMANE CARD is the ability to easily convert between these two balances using the NAMANE app.

2. How to Start NAMANE CARD

If you want a custom design, start by designing it in the NAMANE app.

*Alternatively, you can scan the QR from the NAMANE kiosk's main screen to design it. Choose your preferred method.

(1) Download the NAMANE app (or scan the QR code).

(NAMANE APP)

(2) Select 'Design Your Card(Kiosk)' and design with your favorite image.

(3) Capture or save the Design QR code.

(4) Find the NAMANE kiosk location.

NAMANE machines are not only located at famous tourist attractions in Korea, but also you can find the kiosks.

(5) Scan your design QR on the kiosk and check out, then you’re done!

3. How to charge NAMANE CARD

Various methods are available.

• CASH
• Credit/Debit Card (including international Cards)
• Digital Payments

4. Convert between Pay Balance ↔ Transit Balance?

If you charged through the app, it goes into the Pay Balance. Let's transfer it to the Transit Balance!

(1) Press the ↔ button and scan your card.
*Please scan the card as shown in the picture below. 

(2) Set the balance direction and amount to be converted.

(3) Scan your card again. DONE!

5. Special Feature: "NAMANE Transfer"
