1. Is there a difference between the NAMANE CARD and NAMANE PASS?
NAMANE CARD is a customizable reloadable prepaid card. It can be loaded with as much money as you need for your Pay Balance and Transportation Balance.
NAMANE PASS is a reloadable prepaid card with unlimited transportation card features. It is available in 3-Days and 5-Days passes, and can be topped up with as much money as needed to your Pay Balance and used for shopping functions. It has a single design.

2. Can I use it in Busan? Is this card only available in Seoul?
You can use NAMANE PASS anywhere in Korea. Both the Pay Balance and Transit Balance, can be used anywhere in Korea regardless of the location.
3. Can I recharge it when I run out and ride again? Does the NAMANE PASS require me to buy a card each time? Can't I reload it and reuse it again?
You cannot reload your transportation card again after pass has expired, but you can continue to use the Payment function(Pay Balance) for the duration of the card's validity*.
*The validity period varies by card. Most have a validity period of around 4.5 years.
4. How can I charge the NAMANE PASS? Does it work like T Money? Or do I not need to charge my unlimited transportation pass?The card's PASS validity starts as soon as the card is scanned at the transit, so you don't need to reload the card for a transit pass.

6. Can I get a NAMANE PASS from NAMANE Kiosk? Or can I buy this card at a convenient store like the climate card?
Currently, NAMANE PASS can be purchased as a 'K-Traveler Package', which can be booked at the link and picked up at Incheon/Gimpo Airport. It cannot be purchased on-site, so be sure to make a reservation according to your arrival date!

7. How many can I buy per purchase?
There is no limit on the number of NAMANE PASSes that can be purchased per person. However, currently, NAMANE PASS is only available as part of the K-Traveler Package, which has a restriction of a maximum of 3 SIMs per passport. Therefore, you can purchase up to 3 NAMANE PASSes per passport included in the K-Traveler Package.
8. Is the transportation pass truly unlimited? Where can it be used without restriction?
It can be used on all city buses and subways throughout Korea, and it includes one round trip on the AREX all-stop train.
9. Is there only one design available? Can I customize my own card?
There is a signature standard design for a NAMANE PASS. It is difficult to customize your card.
