The NAMANE app has been renewed as of January 2025.๐
With this renewal, we aim to provide better services.
The previous version of the app will be available until February 16.
Starting February 17, only the renewed version (4.0.0 or later) can be used.
Tip!
To ensure a smooth transition, remember to pre-register your email and keep your current ID in mind before updating the app.
<Key Changes in the Renewed App>
1. New NAMANE PAY Service
- You can now make payments without a physical card by selecting QR Payment in the Wallet tab and scanning a NAMANE Payment QR.
- Use NAMANE PAY at stores with the NAMANE Payment QR logo.
- Payments are available at Myeongdong Night Market.
2. Email Required for Registration
- Email verification is now mandatory for account registration.
- Existing users without email verification must complete the process to continue using the service.
3. Name Change for Pay-Transit Balance Conversion
- Based on user feedback, the term "conversion" has been changed to make the service more intuitive.
- To charge Pay Balance using Transit Balance, select “Retrieve Transit Balance” under the Pay Balance top-up options.
4. Refund Processing Fee
- A โฉ500 fee will be applied when refunding to a Korean bank account.
5. Mobile Carrier Billing Top-Up Discontinued
- Due to the expiration of our partnership contract, the mobile carrier billing top-up service has been discontinued.
