1. Restriction on remittance service of card recharge funds
- Amounts charged with credit cards, debit cards, and simple payment methods (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay) cannot be remitted. 

2. Restriction on refund of card recharge funds
- Amounts charged with credit cards, debit cards, and simple payment methods (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay) cannot be refunded.
