☑️ Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up in App

- NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > 'Pay Card Top-up' > Choose 'Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up'


📝 Key Summary

[1] Convenience Store (Cash) Top-Up is a method where you receive a barcode from the app, make a cash payment at a convenience store, and then top up.

[2] Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up can be topped up with a minimum of 1,000 won

[3] Can only be charged in cash at convenience stores.

[4] Charging is possible only during the valid time of the barcode and if the valid time of barcode is exceeded, refresh it.



✅ Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up in App

[1] NAMANE APP > 'MY CARD' > Select the card you want to top-up.

[2] Select 'Pay Card Top-up'

[3] Select 'Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up'

[4] Enter the amount and select 'Next'.

[5] After verifying the expected top-up amount excluding commission, select 'Next'.

[6] After confirming the final payment/top-up amount, agree to the terms and conditions. 

[7] Select 'Top-up' 

[8] Enter the Password 

[9] Go to convenience store and proceed with the payment with the issued barcode. 

[10] Once the payment is completed, the charge complete!


✅ Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up in App

[1] NAMANE APP > 'MY CARD' > Select the card you want to top-up.

[2] Select 'Pay Card Top-up'

[3] Select 'Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up'

[4] Enter the amount and select 'Next'.

[5] After verifying the expected top-up amount excluding commission, select 'Next'.

[6] After confirming the final payment/top-up amount, agree to the terms and conditions. 

[7] Select 'Top-up' 

[8] Enter the Password 

[9] Go to convenience store and proceed with the payment with the issued barcode. 

[10] Once the payment is completed, the charge complete! 


✅ Notices when topping up with 'Convenience Store(Cash) Top-Up' in the app 

※ Top up is only possible at CU convenience stores.

※ The minimum amount for convenience store cash top up is ￦1,000 and the maximum amount is ￦200,000.

※ Can only be charged in cash at convenience stores.(Not available for card/digital payment, etc.)

※ Charging is possible only during the valid time of the barcode and if the valid time of barcode is exceeded, refresh it.

※ Refund of Convenience Store(Cash) Top-up differs refund amount and refund destination depending on the cancellation date, and the details are as follows.

  • Refund on the day of payment: If you visit the payment store with your purchase receipt, you will be refunded in full (Top-up Amount + Service Fee).
  • Refund from 2 days to 7 days after payment: If you contact the NAMANE Customer Service with a photo of the purchase receipt, Top-up Amount(96% of Total Payment Amount) will be refunded.
  • Refund 8 days after payment: You can get a refund according to the NAMANE CARD refund policy. Contact NAMANE customer service center for a refund.
