☑️ Pay Card Transfer - NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > Choose 'Pay Card Transfer' 📝 Key Summary [1] 'Pay Card Transfer'> 'Enter Account no.': You can make a transfer by entering the account number. ✅ Transfer with NAMANE APP - Send money to NAMANE user
⛔️ How to check Transfer Code!
[1] NAMANE App > ‘MY Card’ > Select the card to transfer the balance to.
[2] Press the ‘Pay Card Transfer’ button.
[3] Select ‘Transfer to NAMANE user’ in the pop-up.
[4] Scan the transfer code of the NAMANE user you wish to transfer money to.
*If scanning is difficult, you can load the transfer code image.
[5] Enter the amount to transfer.
[6] After confirming that the entered information is correct, select ‘Transfer’.
*You can edit the name shown to the recipient in the notation section.
[7] Enter 6-digit security password.
[8] Transfer completed! Write a note and check details on the transfer completion screen.
※ By default, the recipient's notation is set to the account ID logged in to the NAMANE app, and can be modified by clicking.
✅ Transfer with NAMANE APP > Enter Account no.

[2] Click the "Pay Card Transfer"
[3] Select "Enter Account no." in the pop-up.
[4] Select the bank to which you will send and enter the account no.
[5] Enter the amount you want to transfer.
[6] Confirm the entered information and select "Transfer".
✓ You can change the name displayed to the recipient in the "Message to Recipient" section.
[7] Input the security password.
[8] Transfer completed!
※ The recipient's display is set by default as the logged-in account ID in the NAMANE app and can be modified by clicking.

[4] Scan the NAMANE QR with the camera.
[5] Enter the amount you want to transfer.
[6] Confirm the entered information and select "Transfer".
✓ You can change the name displayed to the recipient in the "Message to Recipient" section.
[7] Input the security password.
[8] Transfer completed!

✅ Transfer Limit Information
※ The transfer limit is per member account, not per card.
※ The transfer limit is based on the actual transferred amount excluding fees.
✅ Notice on Transfer
※ There is no limit on the number of times you can use the transfer within the transfer limit, but fees are incurred with each transfer.
※ You can transfer a minimum amount of 1,000 KRW.
※ Only pay balance can be transferred. If you want to transfer transportation balance, please convert it to pay balance first, and then transfer the pay balance.
※ Cards registered using the transfer service cannot use the transfer service even if registered to a different account.
※ At the request of the Financial Supervisory Service and card companies, the transfer service for charged card balance may be restricted.
※ The security password is the same as the password used when logging in.
※ The transfer service is not available during bank inspection hours from 23:30 to 00:30(KST).
※ Cancellation of mistaken transfers due to customer error for completed transfer transactions is not possible. Please verify the recipient's information accurately before making the transfer.
※ To use the transfer service, please check the version of the NAMANE app. Android version 2.6.9 or higher, iOS version 2.0.68 or higher is required. (You can check the version of the NAMANE app on the 'Settings' page within the app.)
