Lock Card 



☑️ Lock Card 

- Lock Card : NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > 'Card Management' >  Click 'Lock this Card'

- Unlock Card : NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > Click 'UnLock Card' 


📝 Key Summary

[1] ‘Lock Card’ can be used to temporarily lock a card in case of loss/theft.

[2] Free to temporarily lock/unlock in the NAMANE app

[3] Cards can be used again normally after being unlocked.



✅ Set a Card Lock 

[1] NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > Select a card to temporarily lock.

[2] Select the ‘Card Management’ button. 

[3] Select ‘Lock this Card’. 

[4] Enter the security password. 

[5] Select ‘Lock’ when prompted. 

[6] Card has been temporarily locked!



✅ Unlock Card

[1] NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > Select a card to unlock.

[2] Select the ‘Unlock Card’ button. 

[3] Enter the security password. 

[4] Select ‘OK’ when prompted to unlock.

[5] Card has been unlocked!



✅ Set a Card Lock

[1] NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > Select a card to temporarily lock.

[2] Select the ‘Card Management’ button. 

[3] Select ‘Lock this Card’. 

[4] Enter the security password. 

[5] Select ‘Lock’ when prompted. 

[6] Card has been temporarily locked! 



✅ Unlock Card

[1] NAMANE App > 'MY CARD' > Select a card to unlock.

[2] Select the ‘Unlock Card’ button. 

[3] Enter the security password. 

[4] Select ‘OK’ when prompted to unlock.

[5] Card has been unlocked! 



✅ Notes on ‘Lock Card’

※ You can only temporarily lock Pay Balance cards, transit balance cannot be temporarily locked on the 'NAMANE' app. Please contact Railplus Customer Center for transit balance.

※ Pay card payment and charging are not possible when the card is temporarily locked, but you can charge and use the transportation card offline.

※ If you lose your card, please use the ‘Card Cancellation’ function.

※ The temporary lock on your card can be released at any time, and when it is unlocked, you can use the card as you have previously done before.

※ If the primary card is locked, the next registered card is automatically set as the primary card. You can change it by clicking the ‘Card Management' button.
