💳 Pay Balance Refund
⛔️ MoneyBox onsite refund is only available to foreigners.
⛔️ Information on Money Box branches where on-site refunds are possible
[1] On the Wallet page, click ⚙️ (the Settings icon).
[2] In the Settings menu, click the "Apply for Pay Balance Refund" button.
[3] Select the Money Box button.
[4] Read the Refund Notes and click the Next button.
[5] Select the reason for the refund and click the Next button.
[6] Enter your refund information ("Name", "Passport Number"), complete the verification and click the "Next" button.

[ Money Box Refund Precautions ]
※ A refund processing fee of KRW 1,200 will be charged for refunds processed at Money Box outlets.
※ Money Box refunds are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
※ On-site refunds are available at Myeongdong Main Store, Myeongdong 2 Store, and Seoul Station Store. (Please bring your passport.)
📱 Refund Application History
[1] Go to my page.
[2] In My Page, click the Refund Application History menu to view the history.
❗ Please be noted!
※ Refund of the Pay Balance can be applied for when more than 60% of the Pay Balance has been used after the most recent deposit. (Excluding Card, Mobile payment charging)
※ When requesting a refund, card usage will be suspended until it is processed by the relevant department.
※ Card cancellation is only for the pay balance, and the transit balance cannot be canceled in the "NAMANE" app.
The balance of transit is serviced by Railplus and cannot be refunded in case of theft or loss.
📱 Card Termination Request
[1] On the Wallet page, click ⚙️ (the Settings icon).
[2] After locking the card, click on the "Card Termincation Request" button.
❗ Please be noted!
※ Cards must be locked before termination.
※ Once the card is canceled, the cancellation cannot be reversed.
※ Terminated cards cannot be recharged or used again.
※ Termination only applies to the Pay Balance. For Transportation Balance, contact Rail Plus.
※ If there is a remaining balance, the card cannot be canceled. Please transfer the balance before canceling.
